Skagit County’s Climate and Sustainability Task Force (CAST) has been chosen and will begin work with a retreat on Jan. 16. The county received 40 letters of interest and appointed the following 15 people: John Day, Molly Doran, Ed Gastellum, Richard Grosvenor, Kevin Maas, Jane Mayer, Tarn Mower, Eric Shen, Linda Talman, Nicolette Thornton, Jack [...]
